• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details
• Review text — sent temporarily to generate a reply. Not stored after processing
• Extension settings — tone, language preference, stored locally on your device

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your ReplyFlow AI account
• To generate AI replies to your Google reviews
• To enforce free plan limits (20 replies/month)
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To send account-related emails (login details, receipts, plan changes)
• To improve the reliability and quality of the service

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your data to any third party.

4. Review Data

When you click the AI Reply button, the review text is sent to our server to generate a response. This data is:

• Processed in real-time to generate your reply
• Passed to the Anthropic API (Claude) for AI generation
• Not permanently stored on our servers after the reply is returned
• Never used to train AI models
• Never shared with or sold to third parties

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services:

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum necessary data with them to provide the service.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your account data (name, email, plan status) is stored securely in an encrypted database hosted on Hostinger servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.

We use HTTPS for all data transmission between the extension, your browser, and our servers.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location (USA, UK, Australia), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent at any time by cancelling your account
• Data portability (receive a copy of your data)

8. Cookies

Our website uses no tracking cookies. The Chrome extension stores settings and your auth token locally on your device using Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.local API. This data never leaves your device except when making authenticated requests to our API.

ReplyFlow AI is intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
